Programme Manager

To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience delivering programmes related to Customer Operations and IT/Digital development. You will join the Transformation team, reporting into the Head of Transformation and working closely with senior stakeholders.

About Your New Job:

• You will deliver a key strategic transformation programme from initiation to closing
• Agreement of programme scope, and objectives
• Manage senior stakeholders both internally and externally
• Develop a detailed programme plan for progress
• Set-up appropriate programme governance
• Own the delivery plan and manage the safe delivery of the programme to time, cost and quality agreements

What Skills You’ll Need:

• Substantial proven experience in large transformation programmes, delivering business benefits
• You will have proven experience of delivering programmes related to Customers Operations and IT/digital development in the insurance or financial services industry
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry ideally
• A Project Management Professional (PMP)/Prince II/Agile certification
• Excellent experience with senior stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills
