• Act as a technical liaison for existing customers, addressing inquiries about products, services, or solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues or challenges that customers encounter.
• Provide recommendations for product upgrades or enhancements based on customer needs.
• Utilize provided training to generate accurate and competitive quotations for customers.
