About Your New Store Manager Job

• You will be responsible for all operations within the store;

• People Management, Mentoring and Training
• Controlling all store costs
• Cash handling procedures
• Stock management
• Meetings with suppliers
• Deliver outstanding quality, service and store profitability
• Branding and advertising
• Reporting and Metrics
• Internal staff meetings

What Skills You Need for this Job

• Written and spoken fluent English
• A relevant Food Qualification or Degree
• Previous experience working as a Manager in hospitality, food or retail
• Experience of opening and closing store
• Experience in training and mentoring staff
• Experience in operations
• Experience in Reporting and Costings
• Excellent organisational and communication skills 
• Must be living with commutable distance
