QA SOFTWARE ENGINEER (AUTOMATION) -  DAILY  RATE CONTRACT - GALWAY/HYBRID

QA Software Engineer (Automation) required for an initial 12 Month Daily Rate Contract Role. This role will require Hybrid Work from offices in Co. Galway. 

What you will be doing

• Design, write and maintain automated tests including unit tests, functional tests and end-to-end regression tests

• You will join an agile scrum team developing high quality applications to service the trading industry.

• Promoting excellent software engineering and bug prevention strategies to produce software and automation test suites that are scalable and maintainable

What skills you need

• 8+ years in software and quality engineering
• Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Cucumber and Selenium, supporting software solutions developed in Angular, Typescript, Java, Spring/ Springboot, Oracle, SOAP and RESTful services
• Experience building and deploying applications using continuous integration pipelines and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS cloud deployment/application management is a plus
