About Your New Assistant Store Manager Job

• Working closely with the Manager and dealing with the following;

• People Management, Mentoring and Training
• Staff Rostas
• Cash handling procedures
• Stock management
• Deliver outstanding quality, service and store profitability
• Logistics
• Inventory Control

What Skills You Need for this Job

• Written and spoken fluent English
• A relevant Food Qualification or Degree
• Previous experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor or Assistant Manager in hospitality, food or retail
• Experience of opening and closing store
• Experience in supervising staff
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
