As a Business Development Email Specialist your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute data-driven cold email outreach campaigns targeting specific audience segments.
• Manage all technical elements to transmit a large volume of emails (8k+ per day), with a particular emphasis on enhancing open and response rates.
• Utilise email automation tools to send personalized and targeted email campaigns at scale.
• Analyse campaign performance metrics and iterate on strategies to optimize results.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align email outreach efforts with overall business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in email marketing and cold outreach.

What skills you will need as an Business Development Email Specialist:

• The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in effectively sending cold emails to a large volume of recipients.
• Possessing an analytical mindset, you can effectively interpret data and extract actionable insights.
