Qualified Accountant - SME - West side of Cork city (with parking)

Key Responsibilities

• Completion of daily accounting transactions and ensuring the accuracy of input of accounting data into the financial systems
• Preparing & monitoring daily cash flow forecasts in conjunction with the Directors.
• Implementation and control of daily cash reconciliations
• Completion of statutory returns including VAT returns etc and Payroll
• Reconciling balance sheet accounts and ensuring all discrepancies are addressed
• Completion of quaterly and annual financial statements
• Ensuring all accounting documentation is accurately filed
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time

Experience

• A Qualified Accountant.
• Min 4 years experience in a similiar role.
• Ideally coming from an SME environment.
• Proficient on SAGE
