Financial Controller – Manufacturing - €85,000 - €95,000 – North Dublin

My client a growing SME based in North Dublin are seeking a finance controller to join their team on an initial 12 Month Contract contract.

As a finance controller you will be responsible you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

About the Job

• Manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes, including the development of annual operating budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
• Experience in all-round taxation (VAT, CT, RCT)
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and minimize risk.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What you Need

• Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CPA
• Manufacturing experience would be a big advantage.
• Experience in all-round taxation (VAT, CT, RCT)
• Proven ability to work in a small team, taking a proactive leadership position.
• High Level of Microsoft Excel
