I'm currently recruiting for our client, an industry leader in water technology for a Water Treatment Service Technician. What You Will Do:

• Provide routine support services on our customer site. Support services include process water sampling, wet end chemistry, water treatment, equipment maintenance, reporting, and chemical inventory management.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain chemical feed equipment and process monitoring equipment
• Develop strong relationships with the key stakeholders
• Provide technical support; identifying and resolving customer pain points, escalating as required
• Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant qualifications in chemistry, mechanical, or process
• Experience working with various software packages, including CRM, Power BI, Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Working knowledge of cooling towers, closed systems, chemical feed systems, control equipment, pre-treatment systems and wet end chemistry
