You will need to be able to interpret water treatment/chemistry data, troubleshoot, report to the customer and oversee a team of 3. This is a full time site based role. What You Will Do:  

• Provide contractual Water Treatment services and assist customers with problem solving support regarding the customers Cooling Assets & company's products/applications/solutions.
• Provide on-site field service and water testing, and/or 24-hour over-the-phone or on-site assistance.  
• Conduct site surveys, product/application/system audits, and assist Sales to prepare new business proposals.  
• Ensure implementation of the Six Service Standards at all client sites. 
• Provide expert advice and assistance to internal staff and customers in specific areas of expertise. 
• Follow safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements  

What You’ll Need:  

• Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Water related technical field. 
• Technical service or field sales support experience  
• Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
