Supervising Pharmacist – Bunclody Wexford 

About Your New Employer

• A leading and progressive Irish Pharmacy with Branches throughout Ireland
• Looking for a Supervising Pharmacist for their stores in Bunclody Wexford 
• Permanent Role with a competitive salary and Benefits
• Store open Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm so no late nights and no Sundays or Bank Holidays
• You will  need to work 1 or 2 Saturdays per month but will have plenty of notice

About Your New Supervising Pharmacist Job:

• Working closely with and supporting your Team
• You will use your own intuition, expertise and experience to deliver complete care solutions for Customers and Patients.
• You will set the standard of what a brilliant pharmacy ‘looks and feels like’ from an operational perspective by working in partnership with your pharmacy healthcare team.
• Delivering the pharmacy strategy through care conversations with customers and patients providing expert advice throughout.
• Accountable for professional pharmacy legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy.
• Actively supporting the development, education and training of colleagues; building the team's capabilities.
• Conducting regular reviews, audits and risk assessments to protect patient and public safety.
• Work to deliver world class professional services – personally and through the pharmacy team.

What Skills You Need for this Job

• To be successful in this role you will have a professional, caring character and true desire to help others feel good. The successful candidate will:
• You must be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland
• Degree in Pharmacy
• At least 3+ years’ pharmacy experience post Degree
• You must be able to demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by peers, customers, patients and external local professionals.
• You must have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services.
• You must understand the growth and development of the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication skills both in person and on phone
