About Your New Job – Strategic Account manager, facilities management
- Lead onsite teams with effective management of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) operations to ensure exceptional facility services are consistently delivered across the contract in ROI.
- Oversee the performance of the ROI account and guide the management team in meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial targets for both clients and the organization.
- Cultivate enduring, profitable relationships with customers/clients to retain existing business and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Drive Operational Excellence throughout the portfolio, guiding the team with a continuous improvement mindset to discover optimized and efficient solutions.
- Uphold a safe and compliant environment for teams and customers by enforcing processes and promptly addressing any identified gaps.
- Develop a high-performing team within ROI, positioning the organization as the preferred choice for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Spearhead transformation and change initiatives, ensuring successful deployment of all programs.
What Skills You Need for this Strategic Account manager in facilities management
- Minimum 5 years experience in Facilities management
- A firm understanding of both hard & soft services
- Experience in managing a team of managers
- Experience in managing ‘major’ sites
