This company is hiring a Senior Business Process Analyst to focus on regulatory product controls within their global business transformation program. This program involves changing their ERP system to simplify, standardize and modernize core business processes for profitable growth.

About Your New Job   

As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you will…

• Represent Regulatory and Product Control Business Users within the Agile ERP team, translating user requirements into quality business user stories.
• Coordinate and liaise with the program workstreams, strategic integration vendors, BSC BPLs, SMEs, and stakeholders to develop expertise in quality processes and applications.
• Develop training plans with the training team and site super users to enhance knowledge across the regulatory organization.
• Support cross-functional networks to deliver program transformation for regulatory product controls.
• Align requirements, monitor project plans, communicate with stakeholders, and support deployment phases.
• Report to the Senior Manager of Product Controls.

What Skills You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of technical or operational experience in the medical device field.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and product control processes.
• Previous experience with major program introductions/upgrades, ideally within an IT/systems or business representative role.
