A leading biotechnology company is looking for a Quality Technician to help support their team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The Technician will be working across diverse areas within the lab.

About your new job

• Be adaptable and work in different areas of the lab.
• Plan and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Assess, validate, safeguard, and authorize analytical data.
• Solve problems, communicate with others, and participate in projects.
• Make sure lab practices meet standards and improve them when needed.
• Approve lab results.
• Help with lab investigations.
• Give guidance and train others.
• Assist with regulatory filings.
• Represent the department/organization in teams.
• Collaborate with outside resources.

What skill/experience you need

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry or Biology is essential.
• 1 year experience of GMP training preferred, or extensive research experience for those without GMP background.
• Biochemistry experience
• Utilizing cell-based techniques including bioassays, immunoassays, cell culture, and maintaining aseptic conditions.
