About your new job

  • Collaborating with operations to optimize scheduling for enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Supervising and coordinating daily activities of production teams, ensuring productivity.
  • Generating and updating manufacturing schedules and capacity data for efficiency.
  • Monitoring equipment and facilities capacity to maximize productivity.
  • Reviewing incoming sales orders to prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating with purchasing to oversee supply chain delivery.
  • Optimizing stock management within the facility.
  • Ensuring product quality and compliance with quality standards.
  • Completing production documentation in accordance with quality standards.
  • Participating in internal and external audits (UFAS).
  • Providing production analysis for forecast comparison.
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives in stock management, production, safety, and cost.
  • Undertaking any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

What skill/experience you need

  • 7 years’ experience in an Operations / Production
  • Ability to consistently deliver results, demonstrate ownership and accountability.
  • Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
