A Global company is looking for an Processed Scientist to join their Cork site. This technician will play a pivotal role within the lab science team.

About your new job

• Develop and use small-scale models for process characterization, optimization, and issue investigation.
• Design and execute scientific projects aligned with objectives, communicating results effectively.
• Foster innovation and problem-solving, mentoring junior scientists for high standards.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes for robustness, yield, and cost improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across MSAT and related departments.
• Author and communicate scientific output to stakeholders, following technical writing standards.
• Apply statistical methodologies to ensure data integrity and objective conclusions.
• Promote a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and operations according to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
• Ensure a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

What skill/experience you need

• PHD in scientific discipline with 4 years’ experience.
• Master’s degree with 5+years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+years of experience.
• Experience in laboratory scale cell culture/microbial processing and analytical instruments.

What’s on offer
