HR & Payroll Specialist
Accountancy firm based in Kilkenny are seeking a Payroll & Bens Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. Must have IPASS qualifications and a good understanding of compensation and benefits programmes.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with management to ensure compensation and benefits packages are in line with market.
• Lead the internal payroll operations.
• Liaising with the external payroll teams to develop financial reporting.
• Pension Administration.
• Ensuring proper taxation of benefits.
• Implementation of comp and bens policies.
• Preparation of annual benefits statements.
Requirements:
• Third level qualification in relevant field.
• IPASS Qualification.
• Strong analytical skills.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
