Job description

Our client, who help customer care teams by seamlessly blending AI, automation and people and whose award-winning technology helps some of the most innovative companies in the world to deliver better quality customer service are looking for an Office Coordinator, who'll be at the heart of their fast-paced environment, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and building management team.
  • Handle all facilities and maintenance issues.
  • Manage multiple inboxes, post, and calls.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings.
  • Travel management including flights, transfers, hotels etc..
  • Assist with onboarding new employees.
  • Research and develop systems and processes.
  • Coordinate office events.
  • Assist finance department.
  • Provide admin support to executives and other team members.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Office manager experience - Startup experience a plus.
  • Tech savvy and proficiency with office suite tools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking skills.
  • A self start with an eye for detail.
  • Experience with Google Workplace
  • Basic accounting and budget management desirable but no essential.
