Job description

Our client, who are the leading professional body for Accounting Technicians, with more than 10,000 members and students in Ireland, and who provide nationally and internationally recognised accounting qualifications which open the door to a rewarding career as an Accounting Technician, as well as further study, are looking for a Member Experience Executive to join their team in Dublin.

Based in Dublin 2, as a Member Experience Executive you would be responsible for responding to members needs and ensuring they have a positive experience. You will also contribute to the execution of business strategies to help enhance member satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day member experience activities.
  • handle member queries including CPD via phone and email.
  • Keep records updated.
  • Maintain member experience area of website.
  • Event administration - Digital and In person events.
  • Assist with the development of member affinity benefits.
  • Collect and analyse member feedback and opinions.
  • Admin member renewals. recruitment, and retention processes.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Third level education.
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Membership Organisation experience an advantage.
  • Excellent project management experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Problem solver.
  • Can work independently and as part of a team.
