You will join a company that deliver engineering and construction projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

This company are hiring for a Health, Safety, Sustainability and Quality (HSSQ) Graduate to join their site in either Oranmore, Galway or in Tubbercurry, Sligo. This position will be part of their 2024 Graduate Program and will follow a structured program over 2 years.

N.B. Applicants must have already graduated from their degree and available to work full-time. This position is not for students currently completing their final year

About Your New Job   

As a HSSQ Graduate you will be…

• Supporting on the delivery of Site Orientations and Visitor Inductions 
• Supporting the Monthly Reporting System 
• Supporting the development and review of Risk Assessments, RAMS and SOPs
• Supporting the coordination and management of chemical storage   
• Monitoring and report on key compliance requirements e.g. GA1s, GA2s, GA3s, Machine Maintenance checks, calibration checks, ITPs, ITRs 
• Carrying out audits/inspections of Vision Built projects in line with management system 
• Delivering of local training 
• Supporting HSS Installation Senior Advisor or Factory HSS Manager on the implementation of the HSSQ management system across live installation sites and the factory

What Skills You Need

• A Degree in Occupation Health and Safety, Sustainability, Quality or similar 
• Time management and organisational skills
• An understanding of performance management
