About Your New German Customer Service Job

• Account management and customer services for clients in Ireland and the UK
• Client operations and ensuring department is running smoothly and efficiently
• Full utilisation of the Tourplan system to generate all client and supplier communications also ensuring that the confirmed proposal is accurately reflected in Tourplan thereby facilitating a smooth and accurate accounting process.
• Dealing with clients via phone, email, online chat and social media
• Upselling and crossing where there are opportunities
• Administration
• Marketing

What Skills You Need for this German Customer Care Job

• Written and spoke fluent German and English
• At least 2 years’ experience in customer care within the Tourism industry
• Good knowledge of the Irish and Scottish tourism industry products a distinct advantage
• Third level qualification in Business, Tourism or Languages or relevant experience.
