Finance Administrator – 12 Month Contract - €35,000 – West Dublin
My client, a leading not for profit company based in Dublin are seeking a finance administrator to join their team on an initial 12-month contract.
Position Overview
As a Finance Administrator you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective management of the financial resources during this critical period. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing donations, managing grants, and assisting with budgeting and financial reporting.
About the role
As a finance administrator you will be responsible for the below activities
- Process donations and grants accurately and in accordance with donor requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets,
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and grant proposals.
- Monitor and track expenses against budget allocations.
- Collaborate with program managers and other staff members to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Assist with annual audits and provide support during audit fieldwork.
What you Need
- 2+ Years experience as a finance administrator.
- Strong Excel Skills.
- Not-for-profit experience would be a plus.
- Sun experience would be an advantage.
