Summary of the position:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and enhancing the marketing and business development function of the Company, working with colleagues to continue to grow our business and provide a first-class service to Clients. Key Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Marketing Strategy and Plan in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis and action plans for the Marketing function, Business Development, Growth and Lead Generation Opportunities.
  • Execute marketing campaigns with focus on driving revenue, engagement, lead generation and ROI.
  • Manage the Organisation’s website and social media accounts, including ensuring that all SEO is relevant and up to date. Support with website content change requests and updates, ensuring full optimisation (tagging, meta descriptions, links etc).
  • Management of key marketing channels including SEO, paid search, social media advertising, e-marketing campaigns, advertisements, newsletters and emails.
  • Lead content creation and promotion including the creation of blog content, case studies, videos, white papers, and email sequences.
  • Identify new opportunities to grow revenue and perform market research and competitor analysis.
  • Involvement in customer service processes and systems development including CRM.
  • Support and mentor Marketing Executive Team Member.
  • Report and analyse activity results of all marketing channels with a strong focus on generating actionable insights to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Focus on monitoring and improving the performance of all activities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Liaise with relevant Agencies/external bodies where appropriate.

 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Third Level Qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing are beneficial (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics).
  • A real passion for developing the Marketing and Business Development function of the Company.
  • Sales focused, data and results driven.
  • Committed to continuous professional development, with an interest in current affairs and keeping up-to-date with marketing trends and best practice, ideally including a keen interest in AI and how it can positively impact your role and the Company. Working experience with AI is a distinct advantage.
  • Proven professional experience in leading digital marketing activities and initiatives including SEO, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital (paid) advertising.
  • Proven professional experience in the above areas in the Irish Market is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software including Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and social media management platforms.
  • Experience with website management and optimisation, including familiarity with CMS platforms and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to develop & maintain relationships with clients and fellow employees.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent IT skills and social media savvy.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills.
  • Possess a creative flair for writing blogs and newsletters.
  • Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines.
