About Your New Employer
- A family owned construction business with 2 offices in Tralee and Cork
- Specialising in Electrical Contracting
About Your New Role
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the office and project documentation
- Maintaining accurate and organised documentation
- Working with other teams to gather and organise project related information
- Work with payroll to ensure employee payments are on time
- Answer calls and direct to the relevant department/Take accurate messages to relay back
- Office supply maintenance
- Gather information for the TMS (time management system)
What Skills You Need
- Previous, relevant experience in an office environment, preferably construction.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in Microsoft 365 and document management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
