About Your New Employer

  • A family owned construction business with 2 offices in Tralee and Cork
  • Specialising in Electrical Contracting

About Your New Role

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the office and project documentation
  • Maintaining accurate and organised documentation
  • Working with other teams to gather and organise project related information
  • Work with payroll to ensure employee payments are on time
  • Answer calls and direct to the relevant department/Take accurate messages to relay back
  • Office supply maintenance
  • Gather information for the TMS (time management system)

What Skills You Need

  • Previous, relevant experience in an office environment, preferably construction.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 and document management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
