German-speaking B2C Customer Care Representative

Our client in Dublin City Centre are looking to recruit a B2C Customer Care Rep with fluent German.  This will be a Hybrid role so you will be required to be in the office for a minimum of 22 days per quarter

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Generate sales leads and convert opportunities into successful sales.
  • • Maintain and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • • Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries.
  • • Manage accounts and maintain relevant records.
  • • Provide daily and weekly reports on progress towards targets.

  • • Strong communication skills, including exceptional writing abilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • • Sales and Client Relationship experience in luxury or exclusive brands (Retail or e-commerce preferred).
  • • Proficiency in identifying sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • • Customer service experience in luxury hospitality, call center, contact center, or IT support.
  • • Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, and MS Suite.
  • • Fluent in English & German (knowledge of another EU language is advantageous).
