Bids Executive:

A  law firm renowned for their excellence and commitment to delivering top-tier legal services is currently hiring for a highly motivated and dynamic bids executive to join their team. As a bids executive you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the business by managing the end-to-end bid process. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop compelling proposals and tender responses that showcase capabilities and win new business opportunities.

As a Bids Executive your responsibilities will include:

• Craft tender documents, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Work closely with internal teams to gather relevant information, insights, and resources needed for bid development.
• Write, edit, and proofread bid documents, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance.
• Analyse bid requirements and tailor proposal content to address client needs and objectives effectively.
• Update internal tender tracking system to capture essential information.

What skills you will need as a Bids Executive:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the professional services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and winning bids/tenders for complex projects.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with bid management software/tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.
