About Your New Job as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master

· You will be a key, senior player with 5+ years of experience in influencing the approach and behaviours of the team to embrace and demonstrate agile principles and practices and the leadership behaviours required to support them.
· Identify and enable opportunities for team members to improve and provide relevant training, resources, and practices to help improve the team's output.
· Facilitating trainings for teams and individuals to build and evolve agile behaviours and practices.
· Work with Scrum Masters, Squad Leaders, and Product Area Leaders to improve agile metrics.
· Continuously strengthening the agile culture and practices for the company through collaboration and sharing ideas.

What Skills You Need in this job as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master

· Advanced Agile-related certifications and demonstrable experience in application.
· Possess Agile Coaching experience.
· Experienced in an agile leadership role such as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.
· Jira and Jira Align experience.

What’s on Offer in this job as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master

· Daily Rate up to €600
· Hybrid working environment that is remote the majority of the month with one full week on-site per month
· Good likelihood of contract extensions
