Emma began her career with Sigmar Recruitment’s sister company Dalríada Executive Search and Selection during her time in college. After finishing her Honours’ degree in HR Management, Emma then joined Dalriada once more and was responsible for sourcing executive talent for numerous clients.
Emma then made the move to Galway and is now a key member in the Engineering recruitment industry for the Medical Device environment.
