An Taoiseach Enda Kenny officially launched The Talent Summit 2017, which will took place on March 1st in The Convention Centre Dublin.

Speaking at the launch An Taoiseach Enda Kenny said “The Talent Summit has helped drive the national employment agenda and has been important to the labour market recovery in recent years. It has become one of the largest talent and leadership conferences in Europe, showcasing international thought leadership and Ireland as a global centre of talent.”

Founder Robert Mac Giolla Phádraig CCO Sigmar Recruitment has grown The Talent Summit to become one of the largest HR and Leadership conferences in Europe, showcasing the latest thinking on talent related topics from around the world. The aim is to support organisations to compete more effectively for top talent and in turn build capacity to grow employment. Commenting on this year’s theme Mac Giolla Phádraig states “The core objective of this year’s Summit is driving competitive advantage through people. Themes which we will explore are how to re-imagine leadership, better ways of acquiring talent, how to craft desired culture, accelerate diversity and finally aligning motivation, performance and reward.

“With an international focus on best practice, this year we have a line-up of over 20 contributors which will include international speakers from the US, Canada, UK and across Europe. We look forward to sharing global Irish innovation and international thought leadership on the above themes and to shine a light on some lesser represented cohorts of talent.”

There will be also be real life case studies from successful global and local brands, as well as panel discussion and audience Q&A.
