HR Generalist
The HR Generalist can also be known as a HR Advisor or HR Officer. Unlike the HR administrator they will normally get involved in hands-on employee relations issues such as managing grievances, disciplinaries and underperformance. Additionally, a HR Generalist could get involved in recruitment, learning and development, payroll and policies and procedures. If a company is small they might only have a HR Generalist and not have a HR manager. In this instance the HR generalist might also rely on extra HR advice from a consultant or an employment law solicitor. Typical salaries for HR Generalist roles are €35,000 – 45,000.
Dublin
Dublin is the capital city of Ireland with a population of nearly 1.7 million. The Irish capital is a blend of Victorian pubs, rows of elegant Georgian town houses, and glittering modern buildings. Dublin is widely regarded as one of the most youthful cities in Europe – it is estimated that about 50 percent of its residents are under the age of 25. Thus, the city boasts a vibrant nightlife, and live music can often be enjoyed in the streets of Dublin's entertainment districts.
