A banking Operations Manager is at the centre of a banking business. Nothing works in banking unless there is a well organised and efficient Operations team behind it. Be it Treasury, Lending, Leasing or Corporate Finance. It doesn’t matter what the underlying product is, any deal or type of business can be negotiated to help make the bank a profit and satisfy the customer needs, but unless the bank has a smooth operations division behind no business can be completed.
