An Accounts Payable ( AP Assistant) person is responsible for supplier invoices. This includes matching invoices to purchase orders, verifying approvals, coding to the appropriate GL accounts and entering the invoices in to the accounting system. They are also respomsible for approving company credit card and cash expenses on expense systems. They are also responsible for the payment of supplier invoices and employee cash expenses. Depending on the size of the company the salary will be around €30,000- €35,000.
