About Your New Job as a Welder:
- Performing welding tasks to repair and maintain outside equipment and machinery.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings.
- Ensuring all welding work meets the required safety and quality standards.
- Conducting regular inspections of welding equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
What Skills You Need as a Welder:
- Proven experience as a welder, preferably in an out-side setting.
- Proficiency in oxy-acetylene welding and gas welding.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to train new trainees with the necessary up-to-date certs.
- Eligibility to live and work in Ireland.
