My Background:

I am an Executive Recruitment Consultant on the Commercial desk in Galway. I have 25 years of recruitment experience, gained both in-house in Allianz Global Assistance (10 years) and in Agency. I joined Sigmar Recruitment’s Galway team in August 2012 and I am now a Senior Recruitment Consultant covering; Office (Multilingual, Office, Supply Chain Administrators) and HR. I also cover a busy Office Temp desk.

I was one of three people shortlisted for the ERF award in 2025 for ‘Best Permanent Recruiter in Ireland, 2025’ and I am CIPD qualified and a Fellow of the Employment and Recruitment Federation.

Specialist Areas:

I specialise in the area of Office Support and HR, recruiting high-quality candidates for roles including administration staff (including Multilingual and Supply Chain Administration), Operations (team leaders, managers), reception and front of house, office managers, and personal/executive assistants.

As an experienced Temp Controller, I supply temporary staff to all clients as needed. I constantly manage a large roster of live temps and meet all of my candidates before they are on site.
