This is a 2-cycle shift between days and evenings.

About Your New Job

  • As the Team Leader, you will ensure smooth running of assigned shifts by meeting production requirements and supporting the production team.
  • You will provide leadership and direction to one or more production areas, ensuring daily and long-term performance targets are met.
  • You will drive and implement continuous improvement activities, LEAN initiatives, and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
  • You will conduct regular team meetings, manage shift handovers, contribute to appraisals, and support employee training and development.
  • You will collaborate with Engineering and Quality to implement productivity and process improvement programs.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role within a high-volume manufacturing or repair facility.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
  • Experience with LEAN techniques and process excellence.
  • Flexibility to work a 2-cycle shift pattern.
  • Qualification in supervisory management or equivalent experience.
