My Background:

Based in Galway, I have nearly a decade of experience in recruitment, specialising in connecting exceptional talent with leading employers across the West of Ireland.

My background is rooted in engineering recruitment, having started my career specialising in R&D within the medical device sector. Since then, my remit has grown to cover a wider range of engineering and operational functions, giving me a strong understanding of the people, skills and challenges that drive modern manufacturing environments.

Specialist Areas:

I’m responsible for Manufacturing, R&D and EHS recruitment across all industries throughout the West of Ireland. I recruit across a broad spectrum of roles, from Technicians and Engineers through to Managers and Senior Leadership positions.

Whether I'm supporting a company through a key hire or helping someone take the next step in their career, I believe recruitment is about more than just filling jobs, it's about building lasting relationships and finding the right fit for both sides.
