They are looking to recruit a Team Leader to manage their sales support team.
About your Team Leader Merchant Services job
- You will manage a portfolio of merchants, oversee onboarding, support commercial negotiations, liaise with acquirers and partners, and ensure merchants receive proactive, compliant, and commercial support.
- You will be managing a team of 4
- Your team deal with commercial queries and it is very much a client services role. You will be working very closely with the Sales team.
- You will be managing the CRM Systems
- Motivating and training the team
- Reporting on Activities
- Dealing with any escalated queries
- 3 Days in the office in Dublin South on the LUAS and 2 days working from home
What Skills You Need
- Team Lead or Management experience is essential
- Experience gained in Merchant Services, payments or merchant acquiring
- Experience working with CRMs
- High attention to detail and strong process orientation
- You need to be an energetic performer, highly motivated and personable
- Business related qualification
