About the Role
An international professional services organisation is recruiting a Senior Manager – Aviation Finance Tax for its Dublin-based Financial Services Tax team.
You will advise aircraft lessors, airlines, investors and financial institutions on Irish tax, international tax and cross-border aviation finance transactions. This role offers exposure to complex aircraft leasing and financing projects, international clients and excellent career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead tax advisory engagements within the aviation finance sector.
- Advise on aircraft leasing, financing, acquisitions and disposals.
- Provide guidance on Irish and international tax matters.
- Manage senior client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice.
- Coordinate projects with international and multidisciplinary teams.
- Review technical work and ensure high-quality client delivery.
- Support business development, tenders and client proposals.
- Coach and develop junior tax professionals.
What You Need
- Relevant tax, accounting or professional qualification.
- Significant experience in tax advisory or financial services tax.
- Knowledge of aviation finance, aircraft leasing or international taxation.
- Experience managing complex tax projects and senior stakeholders.
- Strong technical, commercial, communication and project management skills.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop team members.
