Pat Dolan

I qualified as an accountant many years ago, having worked in accountancy for close to a decade. The majority of that time was spent working in a small accounting practice. I also worked for a small number of years as a management accountant for a company which handled pension funds.

I moved into accountancy and finance recruitment as I wanted to have a more people focused role, and I felt it (having previously worked as an accountant) would increase my prospects of being successful in this market.

I am hugely passionate about this area and I look forward to continuing to grow my footprint in the market.

• Accounting firms: Skilled Audit, Tax and Non-Audit Professionals.
• Firms ranging from Big 4 to small practices with a single digit staff headcount.
