About Your New Job

  • Client Management: Work closely with Tax Partners, Associate Partners, and Directors to enhance services for a diverse client portfolio.
  • High-Quality Tax Services: Oversee a portfolio of clients and lead the delivery of top-tier tax advice and services.
  • Tax Consultancy Projects: Manage specific consultancy projects across various tax areas.
  • Business Structuring and Tax Planning: Provide guidance on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border expansion, financing, tax audits, and succession planning.
  • Revenue Engagement: Engage with Revenue on client matters, including Revenue audits.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a tax team and contribute to firm-wide training and business development initiatives.

What Skills You Need

  • Tax Qualifications: Membership of the Irish Taxation Institute (CTA).
  • Professional Services Experience: Ideally you will possess solid experience in a management role within a tax practice.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desirable Experience: Membership of ACA/ACCA and experience in a reputable firm, along with broad exposure to tax consultancy assignments.
