About Your New Job as Tax director/Senior Manager
- As Tax Director/Senior Manager, you will take overall responsibility for developing and leading a new Tax Team in Castlebar, driving commercial growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, supported by national teams.
- You will instigate, develop, and manage key client relationships across a diverse portfolio, comprising domestic and international groups, owner-managed businesses, and high-net-worth individuals.
- You will have direct responsibility for the recruitment, management, and development of a team of tax professionals, while proactively identifying and developing business opportunities.
What Skills You Need
- Membership of the Irish Taxation Institute.
- Ideally 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in a management role within tax practice or industry.
- Broad technical knowledge and expertise across all tax heads; experience with SME clients advantageous.
- Proven team leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in business development and strong commercial awareness.
- Presence in-office in Castlebar required.
