About Your New Job
- As the Supply Chain Specialist, you will coordinate and optimise end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods across international borders.
- You will oversee inventory management, logistics coordination, customs compliance, and supplier collaboration to support overall business requirements.
- You will manage global import and export operations, prepare and review shipping documentation, and work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government authorities.
- You will monitor and improve supply chain performance, proactively resolve any shipment or customs issues, and maintain accurate records and compliance with all regulations.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, import/export, or international trade.
- Medical device experience is essential.
- Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, import/export regulations, and shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of incoterms, international trade agreements, and customs compliance software.
