About Your New Job

As the Supply Chain Specialist, you will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring a seamless flow from suppliers to customers.
  • Manage import and export operations, including documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, customs declarations) while adhering to international laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate across procurement, production, sales, and logistics to meet business requirements, oversee inventory levels, and optimise transportation and distribution for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, import/export, or international trade.
  • Hands-on experience with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and managing international shipments.
  • Deep knowledge of customs procedures, compliance regulations, incoterms, and international trade agreements.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
