I am a Principal Recruitment Consultant with Sigmar Recruitment's Technical Team, based in our Galway office. I bring over a decade of professional experience across recruitment, technical engineering, and business, with a genuine passion for connecting great candidates with leading employers. I began my recruitment career in IT before moving into the technical engineering space, where I have built deep expertise across all regulated environments.

My background includes a B.Eng in Road Transport Technology and Management and a Higher Diploma in Business Management from Limerick Institute of Technology, along with a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the Technological University of the Shannon. This combination of technical knowledge, business insight, and HR expertise allows me to understand the real needs of both clients and candidates, ensuring the right fit every time.
