Our client is a leading fit-out contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality commercial interior projects across Dublin. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they're looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
Working across office, retail, hospitality and refurbishment projects, you'll join a business that values quality, teamwork and career progression.
About Your New Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial fit-out projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site operations from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics.
- Monitor programme and project progress.
- Ensure health & safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and the project team.
- Manage snagging and handovers.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager within fit-out or commercial construction.
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety.
- Safe Pass and a full driving licence.
