Our client is a well-established Dublin-based Main Contractor delivering high-quality residential, commercial, refurbishment, fit-out, and retrofit projects across the Greater Dublin Area. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.

About Your New Role

As Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of construction projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations from start to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor programme, quality, and health & safety performance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain site records and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

What You Will Need

• 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager with a Main Contractor.
• Proven track record delivering construction projects successfully.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety and site management practices.
• Full clean driving licence.
