About Your New Company

Our client is a well-established Irish construction contractor with a strong reputation across commercial, residential and hospitality projects.

They are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a major Dublin project.

About Your New Role

As Site Manager, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily site operations
  • Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
  • Managing programme and short-term planning
  • Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained
  • Coordinating with the Project Manager and design team
  • Monitoring quality and workmanship
  • Managing site documentation and reporting
  • Ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget
  • Attending site meetings and coordinating with clients and consultants

What You Will Need

  • 5+ years' experience in a Site Management position
  • Strong main contractor background
  • Experience delivering commercial, residential or hospitality projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and health & safety
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Relevant construction qualification
