About Your New Job
As Site Manager, you will:
- Oversee daily cleanroom operations at a leading biopharmaceutical client site, ensuring strict adherence to cleanliness and regulatory standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the on-site team, including workforce scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ISO classification requirements.
- Manage protocols for gowning, hygiene, and controlled environment procedures.
- Monitor service delivery, quality control, and act as main site contact for client communication and issue resolution.
- Coordinate site administration, budgeting, payroll, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Champion site health and safety culture, conducting risk assessments and investigations as required.
- Support recruitment, on-boarding, and continuous training of staff.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum three years managing operations in a regulated or cleanroom environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
- Solid understanding of GMP, ISO, and health and safety standards.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
