About Your New Job

As Site Manager, you will:

  • Oversee daily cleanroom operations at a leading biopharmaceutical client site, ensuring strict adherence to cleanliness and regulatory standards.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the on-site team, including workforce scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and ISO classification requirements.
  • Manage protocols for gowning, hygiene, and controlled environment procedures.
  • Monitor service delivery, quality control, and act as main site contact for client communication and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate site administration, budgeting, payroll, and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Champion site health and safety culture, conducting risk assessments and investigations as required.
  • Support recruitment, on-boarding, and continuous training of staff.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum three years managing operations in a regulated or cleanroom environment.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
  • Solid understanding of GMP, ISO, and health and safety standards.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
