Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Site Engineer to join their team on a major residential development in North Dublin.
About Your New Job
As a Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a large residential project from early stages through to completion. Working closely with the project management team, you will be responsible for setting out, ensuring quality control, and coordinating subcontractors on site.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Setting out and surveying using modern equipment
- Ensuring all works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications
- Supporting site management with daily operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring work is completed on schedule
- Maintaining accurate site records and documentation
- Assisting with health & safety compliance and site procedures

What You Will Need
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer on construction projects (residential experience desirable)
- Strong setting out skills and familiarity with surveying equipment
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
