About Your New Role
As a Site Engineer, you will be based on projects in Dublin and will play a key role in the day-to-day engineering and site management activities. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
Setting out and surveying using GPS, total station, and other equipment
Managing quality control and ensuring works comply with drawings and specifications
Coordinating subcontractors and supporting site management
Maintaining accurate site records, drawings, and reports
Assisting with health & safety compliance on site
Liaising with design teams and resolving technical queries
What You Will Need
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Previous experience as a Site Engineer with a contractor (Ireland or UK experience preferred)
Strong setting-out skills and technical knowledge
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
Full driving licence
